Hello everyone! My name is Alyssa and I am a lover of all things beverage and food related.

I grew up, and currently still live, in sunny California’s San Francisco Bay Area. As a child I used to go with my family to local wineries and I can remember being so mesmerized that I couldn’t wait to be an adult. Now that I am, my curiosity led me to obtain WSET2 certificates in both wine and spirits. Through education and work experience I have learned that the “finer things in life” come shrouded in pretenses and prejudice. However, I’m here to share that it doesn’t have to be and that everyone can and should indulge in the world of gastronomy! After all, what are any of these things except a way to embrace and spread love with yourself and the people in your life! I enjoy breaking this image by sharing my love of wine, spirits, beer, and food through my recipes, food pairings, crafting cocktails, traveling, and of course tasting.  I will do all of that and more here with you!
