“A TASTE OF LUXURY, SERVED CASUALLY”

Spritzing for a Murder

-1oz Azzuro or Aperol (bitter orange liqueur)

-1oz Pineapple Juice

-2-3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

-2-3 Dashes Cardamom Bitters

-2oz Prosecco

-2oz Fever Tree Club Soda

-Garnish: Lemon and Orange Slices

Take a large stemmed wine glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour in Azzuro/Aperol, pineapple juice, and bitters. Gently stir and then top with prosecco and club soda. Garnish with lemon and orange slices. Serve with a straw.

Notes: Aperol is a very well known Italian label but not the liqueur itself. You will find Aperol, Azzuro, and other bitter orange liqueur under Aperitif in the liquor store or sometimes under cordials. If you want a stronger drink vs a light pre dinner cocktail forgo the club soda and use 4oz of prosecco.
