“A TASTE OF LUXURY, SERVED CASUALLY”

Eastside Slinger

-5 Fresh Blackberries

-0.5oz Simple Syrup

-1oz Lime Juice

-2oz Grapefruit, Rosemary, Cucumber, Chili Infused Tequila

-1oz Grand Marnier

-Garnish: Blackberries

Grab your shaker and place 5 blackberries inside. Pour simple syrup and lime juice on top and gentle muddle. Pour in tequila and Grand Marnier. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Take a tall glass and fill with crushed ice. Take a small fine mesh strainer, hold it over glass, and pour through the mesh strainer to double strain (so no blackberry seeds get in). Pierce a few blackberries with a cocktail pick and garnish.

Notes: I infused some blanco tequila myself for a week with fresh grapefruit slices, a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, cucumber slices, and 2 serrano chilis. This takes commitment! If you don’t want that you can do two things: one use a standard blanco tequila and muddle a jalapeño slice in the shaker or use a pre-infused tequila like 21 Seeds.
