-2oz Blanco Tequila

-1oz Lillet Rose

-2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

-0.5oz Lime Juice

-6oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water

Fill a large wine glass halfway with ice and add the tequila, Lillet Rose, grapefruit bitters, and lime juice. Give a quick stir before topping off with the elderflower tonic water. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Salud!

Notes: If you splurge on anything make it the Lillet Rose! It’s an amazing addition to many cocktails and there isn’t really a substitution. Tequila, on the other hand, you can get several tequilas for a great price.
