Caribbean Sunrise

-3 Sprigs of Lemon Thyme

-1oz Lime Juice

-3/4oz Honey Syrup

-1oz Lillet Rose

-2oz Koloa Rum Coconut Rum

-Garnish: Lemon Thyme Sprig

Grab a cocktail shaker and place the sprigs of lemon thyme inside. Pour in lime juice and honey syrup. Using a muddler gently crush the lemon thyme. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the Lillet Rose and coconut rum before shaking vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and gently dangle the sprig of lemon thyme over the edge. Enjoy your Caribbean Sunrise from the comfort of your home!

Notes: To make honey syrup simply warm 1cup of honey with 1cup of water in a saucepan until completely dissolved (constantly stirring). You can use Bacardi Coconut Rum or Malibu Coconut Rum just know that each will vary in sweetness. Koloa is my splurge because I like the very fresh flavors but Malibu is one of my favorites for a budget purchase.
