“A TASTE OF LUXURY, SERVED CASUALLY”

Lavender Honey Syrup

-0.5 Cups Fresh Lavender or 0.25 Cups Dried Lavender

-1 Cup Honey

-1 Cup Water

Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Add all ingredients and bring to a simmer stirring regularly until honey is completely dissolved and you can smell the lavender. This should take about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a jar. This will keep in your fridge for 2 weeks possibly longer depending on the quality of the honey.
