Ingredients
1/2oz Cold Brew
1oz Thai Tea Infused Rum (Notes)
1oz Aged Rum
1oz Pineapple Amaro
1oz Pineapple Juice
1/2oz Lime Juice
2-3 Dashes Black Lemon Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wheel Slice
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients except garnish. Fill with ice and cover before shaking vigorously for 10 seconds. Stain in to an old fashion glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel before enjoying.
Notes:
- To make the Thai Tea Infused rum I combined 750ml of white rum with a half cup of Thai Tea Leaves in a sealable container. I let this sit for 24hrs before straining and funneling the infused rum back in to its original bottle.
- If you can’t find Pineapple Amaro you can substitute Amaro Nonino.
