It’s Day 11 of 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails! This drink is for my fancy ladies out there! My cousin, one of the fanciest ladies I know, loves lemon drops! This drink is for her because currently she is pregnant and can’t drink! Obviously I had to be evil and spruce up her favorite cocktail lol The Mrs. Clause is a cranberry lemon drop, but with gin instead of vodka to really bring out those citrusy flavors! The only thing I don’t do are sugared rims because I personally hate how sticky they get! Enjoy!
2.5oz The Botanist Gin
0.5oz Lemoncello
1oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Fresh Cranberry
Grab a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Pour in all of your ingredients and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a fresh cranberry! That’s it! Enjoy!
Notes; If you are like me and like things really tart add extra lemon juice.
