Paris Sour

Ingredients:

-2oz Gin

-1oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

-1oz Lemon Juice

-1 Egg Yolk

In a cocktail shaker add all your ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add a handful of ice and shake for 10 more seconds. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and server.
